Questions

Good to know

Can I import an existing folder structure?
Yes. Point a hub at an existing folder and WorkXCloud keeps the layout, turning top-level folders into task groups you can rename later.
Do clients need an account to see a project?
No. Guests can open a single project through an invite link, and you can set it to expire when the job closes.
What happens when a project finishes?
Mark it done and edits are frozen while the files stay searchable. From there the whole hub can move into an archive.
