Questions

Good to know

How long can a device stay offline?
Pinned folders stay available for up to 30 days without a connection. After that the device asks to reconnect before it accepts new edits.
What if two people edit the same file offline?
Both edits are preserved. The later upload becomes a conflict copy next to the original, and the folder owner is notified to review it.
Does it work on shared tablets?
Yes. Assign a tablet to a shift group and each person signs in with their own profile, so changes are attributed to the right worker.
